PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

William H. Hofmann is an associate in the firm. Bill represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on insurance related litigation. He represents insurers in actions filed in several jurisdictions and in a variety of coverage contexts, including matters involving products liability, environmental, first party property, and asbestos. Bill has also represented national and regional companies in contract disputes and in defense of premises liability claims.

Prior to joining Smith, Stratton, Bill served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable William P. Gilroy, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division for the 2004-2005 term.

While attending Villanova University School of Law, Bill was the Executive Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
