PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Katherine E. Hauck is an associate in the firm. She focuses her practice on an array of state and federal insurance coverage litigation matters, as well as products liability litigation with an emphasis on asbestos disputes. Her practice includes:

• Substantial work defending insurers in all types of coverage actions;
• The representation of manufacturers in products liability litigation, concentrating on asbestos claims, and
• The representation of corporations in all types of commercial litigation disputes.

Prior to joining Smith Stratton, Katherine was with the firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP from 2003-2004.
